Mr. Mian Habib Ullah is the Chairman of the Board of D.M. Corporation Limited (formerly D.M. Textile Mills Limited). A Commerce graduate with over 40 years of leadership experience, he brings deep expertise in business development, institutional governance, and stakeholder engagement. He has served as the Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Cyprus since 2001. Over the course of his career, he has held a range of prominent leadership and public-interest roles, including President, Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) and President, Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (RCCI). He also served as Chairman, Export Promotion Bureau (now TDAP) and President, All Pakistan China Friendship Association. Mr. Mian Habib Ullah has contributed to national institutions through appointments including Member of the Syndicate, University of Engineering & Technology, Taxila, and has served on boards such as Director, Allied Bank of Pakistan and Director, Pakistan Television. He is also recognized as a sponsor of the Islamabad Stock Exchange, reflecting his longstanding association with Pakistan’s capital markets. |

Mr. Sami Ullah is the Chief Executive Officer of D.M. Corporation Limited (formerly D.M. Textile Mills Limited) and has served on the Board since 2018. A graduate of the University of Hertfordshire (UK), he has progressed within the organization through roles spanning management and leadership, working his way from Manager to Director and subsequently to Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, his focus is on operational excellence, sustainable growth, and strategic transformation. Under his leadership, the Company broadened and strengthened its business direction with a structured expansion, supported by improved governance and disciplined execution. He has led key initiatives including debt reduction, business expansion, and organizational turnaround. He has completed the Directors’ Training Program (DTP) from ICMA Pakistan. He has also contributed to the wider business community through leadership roles at the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce & Industry, including serving as Vice Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Committee and Chairman of the Textile Committee. |

Mr. Rao Khalid Pervaiz has served on the Board of D.M. Corporation Limited (formerly D.M. Textile Mills Limited) since 2006 and has been associated with the Company for over 37 years. He brings extensive experience with a strong background in compliance and governance, along with expertise in corporate affairs, administration, human resource management, and accounting & finance. He began his career with the Company in an early role and progressed through positions of increasing responsibility to director level. Known for his steady approach and institutional knowledge. |

Mr. Shahid Anwar Tata holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and has been with the family Textile Spinning business since Graduation. He is serving as Director and CEO of Tata Pakistan which comprises of independent public listed spinning mills and a food processing business. With over 40 years of experience and untiring efforts have helped him to acquire deep insight and expertise in export and manufacturing activities. He has played a key role in making the brand name “TATA” renowned both locally and internationally. Mr. Shahid Tata constantly strives to inspire his team of professionals in embracing modern technology for greater efficiency, and produce quality products, while maintaining fair and equitable dealing towards employees and workers. He plays an instrumental role in contributing to the textile educational segment of Pakistan by serving on the Board of Governors at the Textile Institute of Pakistan (TIP) and as a Vice Chairman of the National Textile Foundation, Pakistan (NTF). Having a strong desire to give back to society, he is actively involved in philanthropy and supports many institutions in the health and education sectors, such as Aga Khan University Hospital, Indus Hospital, The Citizen Foundation, Pakistan, besides several other Welfare & Educational projects. Mr. Shahid Tata’s dedication to the Textile Industry, education and Philanthropy showcases his commitment to making a positive impact on society. His leadership at Tata Pakistan has not only led to the success and growth of the Company but also to the development of future generations of textile professionals in Pakistan. Mr. Farooq Advani brings with him over 49 years of experience in business and financial management in the Textile manufacturing, Power and Food businesses. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He worked for thirty years with Tata Pakistan in the areas of Accounts, Corporate Affairs, Sales Tax, Income Tax, HR, IT, Cost & Budget and Insurance. He has also served as the Director on the Board of Listed & unlisted Companies, Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer, Head of Cost & Budget, Head of Information Technology and Project director of ERP Implementation. He has Core Competencies in Financial Analysis, Audit Compliance, Internal Control, Operating and working Capital Management, Cash-flow Management and Modeling, Business Valuation, Cross Functional Team Leadership and Decision Making & Risk Analysis. |
